Hooray for Diffendoofer Day - Jack Prelutsky and Lane Smith


Hooray for Diffendoofer Day was written 7 years after the death of Dr Seuss based on ideas and sketches that he left in his office. It celebrates the whacky, zany and totally divergent thinking that typifies Seuss' work and makes it so memorable. This book reminds us of the importance of being true to ourselves and the importance of diversity. There's also a not-so-subtle comment on national testing.
